Reservations Police

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within 2 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 2 day period.
  • Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
  • 14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
  • Until 12:00
  • Late Check out: Upon consultation and depending on availability, the stayin the apartment until 6pm, 50% of the room value is charged. For stay after 6pm, 100% of the apartment value is charged.
  • We can provide baby cots on request
  • You can request a cot for a child up to 2 years old free of charge, as long as it has prior information during the reservation, to confirm the offer.
  • The balance of the payment must be paid upon your arrival
  • We accept Cash, bank transfer, Western Union
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@azzure.gr
  • Cancellation requests made 21 or more days from your scheduled arrival date will be refunded in full down payment minus any bank transfer fees / money.
  • Cancellation requests in less than 21 days will not receive any refund.
  • “No Shows” will not receive a refund.
  • In the event that a reservation is made by selecting “Non-refundable price”, the total value of the reservation is prepaid and the money is not refundable whenever it is canceled
  • At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge 50% for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.
  • (No) We accept pets on request.
  • There is a strict no smoking policy in the rooms.
  • Smoking is allowed on balconies and outside areas.
  • In case of damage within the apartment or in the wider areathereof, reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered,including loss due to interruption of its activities, incredit/debit card of the registered customer. In case the customerhas not paid by credit/debit card but by cash or otherwise,immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer will be required.
  • Each visitor is responsible, throughout their stay athotel, to keep his personal items (valuables) in a safe placeobjects, money, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer or visitor,if we consider that there is an issue with the safety of other customers or yourselfof the accommodation.
  • We reserve the right to either pre-authorize or partially charge a cardor in full according to the respective booking conditions, however we request in fullpayment of the accommodation upon the arrival of the client. We can also cancela reservation if the credit card information is invalid.
